Muffins & Quick Breads E-Book
This power-packed Low Carb Muffin and Quick Breads Cookbook is a must-have for anyone eating low carb and living an active lifestyle!
This book consists of a total of 15 low carb quick bread and muffin recipes, with six new never-before-seen recipes! Every recipe features protein powders to help you get that little extra hitter you may need all while contributing to the exceptional taste and texture of these recipes!
Each recipe created here at Rocky Mountain Baking is meant to rival traditional baked goods in flavor and texture. All while helping you maintain your nutrition goals. Oft times I’ve been told these recipes are better than the traditional thing. Each time I hear that I take pleasure in knowing I accomplished what I set out for.
Note – Most of these recipes are sweetened with an erythritol sweetener. I know recently there’s been a lot of debate on the use of erythritol. After looking into it I feel there is more research and more thorough studies showing erythritol to be safe, and I feel there are MANY holes in the study that caused so much debate. I personally plan to still use erythritol, but I understand some of you may choose to switch to a different sweetener.
Feel free to try a monk fruit/allulose blend in place of erythritol if you choose. (The measurements for a monk fruit/allulose blend would be the same cup for cup) The results will not be quite the same, but you should still have a decent result.
