Blue Coconut Hydrate
It’s easy to replenish your electrolytes with tasty drinks like this available!
If you are looking for a refreshing drink after that killer workout or after your morning run, this Blue Coconut Hydrate is the perfect drink to help replenish those lost electrolytes.
Though the Jocko Blue Raspberry Hydrate is already delicious on its own, by adding just a few extra ingredients, this tasty drink would rival any coffee shop “refresher” in flavor and nutrition value.
If you haven’t already tried Jocko Hydrate, I highly recommend you try it. These are the best good-for-you, ready-to-drink, electrolyte replenishers out there!
Jocko Hydrate includes all the essential electrolytes: (magnesium, potassium, sodium, and chloride). While many other electrolyte drinks contain dyes and artificial sweeteners, Jocko Hydrate does not. Made with clean ingredients, zero sugar, no artificial sweetener, dye, or artificial flavors, this drink has it all and tastes amazing!

Ingredient List
1 16-Ounce Blue Raspberry Hydrate
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
8 Ounces Sparkling Water
How to Make It
In a blender, blend the frozen blueberries and Jocko Blue Raspberry Hydrate until smooth. Add the coconut milk and blend again.
Add the sparkling water to the blended mixture then pour into a 32-ounce cup or a 40-ounce cup with ice.
Enjoy!
It’s that easy and so delicious!
Note: Due to the nature of blueberries this drink will separate to a degree. After a lot of experimentation and research, I found that unless a person wanted to experiment with only extracting the juice and reducing it, there was no way around the separation because of the high pectin content in blueberries.
My goal was to create a simple and quick drink recipe as I knew most of us wouldn’t have the time to cook down the blueberries, strain them, and let them cool before making a refreshing drink. So after some debate, I decided to just roll with it. The flavor was fabulous, and if you poured it into a large metal cup with a straw and lid, where you can’t see it, a person doesn’t even notice! 😉
